Sweet treats on wheels

The story

Svenja doesn't quite understand the fuss about what she is actually doing. People keep asking her whether she can do it at all and why she brings her sweet pastries to the market by bike. But it's quite clear to her. She saves costs, is much more flexible and quicker when supplying the market and of course gets a lot of attention with such a self-built and self-developed structure and, incidentally, she actually sells what she is a master of: homemade sweet pastries. We think Svenja, you are not only a great pastry chef but also an example of utopia in action. We say thank you for choosing CARLA for your business! The Setup

Svenja travels to weekly markets in Kiel three times a week with her market stall Passerine. She built the market stall herself. She sells all kinds of delicious baked goods from it. The E-DOUBLEDEKKER from Schoof & Jensen is used as a towing bike. She finds it particularly practical that the DOUBLEDEKKER and CARLA CARGO have space for the practical Euronorm crates everywhere. In the gallery you can see impressively that Svenja drives a well-loaded trailer and does not shy away from snow and adverse conditions and does not let her customers down at the markets.

A little tip: gooseberry meringue is a hit!
